Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Amara & Sable No 35 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct information. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on it—stay tuned!
